I take State as Line Moves
Michigan State opened as 4 point favorites at Michigan, while Accuscore projects to the Spartans winning by 10. Not bad for a team that lost to Ohio State 45-7 last week. I waited to bet, hoping that somehow $$ would pour in on Michigan. Didn't happen, of course, and State is now favored by 4.5. The internet is chock-full of Greenbloods terrified of losing to the worst Michigan team in my lifetime. I think this is like the second time State's been favored here since I was in college, and some of the Spartan anxiety comes from Michigan playing the spoiler.
I'm still tempted, but that is a big 1/2 point. For now I'm staying away.
Accuscore really likes Georgia to win at LSU. LSU started out favored by 2, but now are favored by only one. I like the Tigers at home, which is a nice way of saying I think Georgia's overrated. I suspect I don't know what's going on here, whcih could be enough reason to stay away.
I like Penn State(-2.5) at Ohio State, but they never win in Columbus, and the Buckeyes finally played up to their potential last week, so....
I may go 0-0 on the three biggest games of the week.
Zach Rosenfield likes central michigan(-4)over TOLEDO, and so do I. I meant to take them last week. Besides, the worse Toledo turns out to be, the more embarrasing for Michigan.
Zach likes texas tech (+1)over KANSAS. For me it's even. texas tech(pick)over KANSAS. The Jayhawks are ranked #23, while Tech is ranked 7th or 8th, depending who you ask. This week will show that Kansas isn't that great--maybe next week we foind out about Tech.

The Michigan-Michigan State line has dropped to 3.5. I guess I wasn't so crazy to hope that before. I've now got michigan state(-3.5)over MICHIGAN. Six minutes into the game State leads 7-0. I almost didn't get this bet in because I forgot I'm on Central Time and the schedule is Eastern Time.
Speaking of bets I didn't get in, the Georgia at LSU line dropped to pick in the last couple of hours. Originally LSU was favored by 2, and for the last couple of days the line was 1. I liked LSU all along, but Accuscore really likes Georgia, and this scared me off until I saw the line drop to zero.
I only realized the game had started when Pugilant Mick called to see if i was watching the game, and to inform me that he currently hates Michigan State more than he hates Michigan. I'll take that as a compliment.
Georgia just scored to strech their lead to 21-7. Glad I didn't take LSU. Meanwhile, Michigan has tied it at 7. It was 4th and 11 from the 19, so my guess is Michigan scored on a fake field goal. I think I'll call Mick, to confirm this, and get a dose of the fresh irrationality on display.
Earlier I lost my bet on Cental Michigan, as they beat Toledo 24-23, and fell short of the 4 point spread. Meanwhile, Texas Tech as a pick at Kansas was still a bargain, as the Red Raiders romped to a 63-21 victory.
